SHEFFIELD, Iowa — September 12, 2007 — Latham Hybrids announces the addition of seed sales veteran Brad Beatty of Shellsburg to its growing ranks of district sales managers (DSM). Beatty will serve customers in Benton, Black Hawk, Buchanan and Linn Counties.
Beatty is a veteran of DSM positions at Trelay Seed Company, Midwest Seed Genetics, the Shellsburg Elevator and more. He also served as a location manager for Terra International.
“Brad comes to Latham Hybrids with some tremendous leadership experience and a track record of going above and beyond for his customers,” said John Latham, president, Latham Hybrids. “His prior work experience, including his experience as a crop consultant, will bring tremendous benefits to our customers.”
Beatty holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Hamilton College in Cedar Rapids. He also has an Applicators License, is a Certified Crop Advisor and brings expertise in the all the areas needed to assist customers in the critical task of selecting the right seed to maximize profit potential.
