SHEFFIELD, Iowa — September 12, 2007 — Latham Hybrids has added 25-year agronomy customer service veteran Wayde McNeil of Grinnell as a district sales manager. He will serve customers in the Jasper, Marshall and Tama Counties.

McNeil comes to Latham Hybrids after nearly four years with the New Century FS in Grinnell where he was responsible for seed, precision farming and fertilizer sales and for making agronomic recommendations that will increase revenue potential for clients.  McNeil also spent nine years as the head of agronomy for Equity Exchange Company in West Salem, Ohio, and farmed for 13 years outside West Salem.
